Unfortunately, none of them work. The Windows XP black and colored screen flashes for a second and then the machine reboots...

Where do I go from here?????
I should add that I have tried to reinstall the CD by using it to boot but it will not boot. My BIOS says that the CD-Rom is recognized. There is a message during boot that says that there is no CD emulation, whatever that means...
