No. Your Gateway CD can only be used with your Gateway PC.
If you desire to install Windows XP Professional on your Dell PC,
you'll need to purchase a conventional "Full Version" of Windows
XP Professional and perform a "clean install". You can download
the latest Dell drivers directly from the Dell Support web site.
