Downgrade From XP to 98

Hi,
Without going into details as to Why, I have to downgrade my
laptop from Xp to Windows 98. My problem is that the current file
system is NTFS and i DO NOT have a FLOPPY drive in my laptop. Is there
a way I can accomplish this? If so, kindly let me know step by step
process. I'd highly apprecaite it.
