Is it coming from your SATA harddisk ?

I am trying to figure out a way to do a fresh install of XP on an HPNotebook
with 2 SATA drives. The problem I am having is that when the Windowsto
installer asks me to press F6 to install additional drivers when, it gets
that point it seems that that the installer only know how to grab driversUSB
from a floppy and my notebook does not have a floppy. I have an external
hard drive and a Flash drive neither of which the Windows installers seemsto
recognize.I
The SATA controller is made by Intel 82801G and 82801GBM.
Since Windows XP with SP2 does not recognize my hard drives it seems that
need to have the SATA drivers as part of the install package.
Can anyone make a suggestion how I can get around this problem?
Thanks
