Re: Win XP - Deleted Users

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Try to boot in safe mode and at Welcome screen press Ctrl+Alt+Del several
times - it will change to Logon screen.
Enter Administrator as username (since it's never been renamed to another)

Darrell, thanks for the reply but as i stated previously...

"i've tried all options like safe mode etc but cannot seem to bypass it."

... when i go through safe mode the same screen appears with a blue
backdrop
but no user icons to choose from.

Still stuck!! :(

Hello ,
Boot to Safe Mode, ( not safe mode with networking)
In Safe Mode, you should be able to logon as administrator( it's a safety
thing to be able to logon as administrator in Safe Mode even if the
account
is disabled) , then re-enable the account or create a new account to use.
Thanks,

<Hi there,
<
<I have an HP laptop which is currently running XP. I have it on a

it
