Explain what exactly you mean by 'I just upgraded'
The err msg is NTLDR is missing; there is a MS kb article for this, just
google

I can't seem to get my Windows XP Home ed. reloaded onto my new
motherboard/processor and HD. I just upgraded all of these, but after
reinstaling Windows on the new harddrive , I get the error message "NTLDC
