Win xp unattended install with device drivers



Im trying to install win xp pro tended with pnp drivers.
the pnp drivers are located on a network share.
im assuming i have to write a bat file to install these drivers.
what do i have to do to install these drivers unattended while
installing win xp pro?

any help would be appreciated
