No. You need to purchase a conventional OEM
version of Windows XP with SP2 and use it and
the new Product Key that comes with it. Your
current Product Key is only valid when using
the PC manufacturer's recommended restore or
recovery method, which does not include using
a generic OEM Windows XP CD.

Selling an OEM CD without a COA is illegal
and should be avoided.
