You installed Windows fresh and clean.
You must now install the motherboard drivers. the video drievrs, the sound
drivers, and any and all drivers for all the other hardware you have.
You dig out all the CDs you have from the manufacturers of all those pieces
of hardware and install the drivers.
Or, you go to the web site of all those manufacturers and download the
latest drivers for all those pieces of hardware.
That's how you do it. And along the way you will learn the same lesson we
all learned as we learned about our computers. (I'm assuming you did read
the owner's manual.) Did you?
