Deleting Multiple Users

Not sure I'm in the right place, but here goes.

On a clean reinstall, WInXP decided I should have 3 users; All Users, David
(me), and Owner. I am the sole user of this comp. Any way I can at least
get rid of "Owner" (Understand I'm stuck with All Users)

Thank you in advance

Dave - aka David :-)
