Boot from CD

Im trying to install xp pro.. I boot up off the cd and setup starts, I
partition and format and all that good stuff, then when it reboots itsself
right afterwords and its supposed to boot off the hard drive it says:
"Verifying DMI Pool Data...... Error loading operating system." Is this
because of a BIOS setting I have wrong?
