Hi Andrew,

I have already tried to adjust as required in Safe Mode, but same result.
Those 2 reg keys refuse to have their permissions modified by conventional
means. I am a technician and pretty darn good at fixing XP problems, but I
don't know everything, and this one has me stumped.
