if i was u, i will boot into safe mode. After that, i will scan virus and
scan spyware.
If u are more advance, may be you can go into registry to check what program
are in HKEY_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run or RunOnce
Becareful edit the registry.
Or, you can try log-into safemode try the system restore.
