had xp problems, installed new xp sp2 cd and now all restore points are gone. my program files and data are stilll in c:\ , but the are not recoginzed by
the new install. I just want my stuff back

Question regarding System Restore on a Toshiba A45-S150 ... This brings me to my question is there some way to know if something is wrong and why it would not restore the earlier dates, does that require a complete re install of the computer and where are the files for it? ... of the program files and a new installation of the program. ...
