Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts File

I'm refering to
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

I'm using this file and appriciate it.
But there is one problem, it's blocking sponsored site's like when I do a
search for an item in Altavista, the site don't get displayed..

I need to manually enter the site.
How do I edit my Host file to cancell this stop's?
