hard drive partitioning

My new computer came with XP preinstalled. So I do not have any
Windows Disks. I was only able to create a recovery disk.
XP partitioned my 40 GB hard drive into a 37 gb "C" drive and a 5 GB
"D" drive. I want a smaller "C" drive and increase the "D" drive and
possibly add a small "E" drive. I will be using an external drive for
storage. I have attempted to find the "Set up" portion of XP with no
sucess
How do I partition, since XP does not offer FDISK ?????
.
