WinXP SP2 SysPrep Network Components

How can I get SysPrep to stop reinstalling the Microsoft Client and Microsoft
File and Printer Sharing? Here's the networking section of my sysprep.inf.
[Networking]
InstallDefaultComponents=No
I thought this was pretty self-explanatory, but alas, I still get the
default components. Of course, the latest SysPrep apparently requires you to
have File and Printer Sharing installed initially for it to even run, so
based on suggestions from Microsoft Support, I launch SysPrep, and as it's
doing its thing, I quickly uninstall F&PS before the reboot. It doesn't have
the desired effect.
Thanks for any assistance.
