Sysprep Error: An error occured while trying to update your regist

Sysprep version 2.0 on an XP SP2 new build, trying to get a baseline image
created.
The HAL of the machine is an MP. This also happened on a UP machine.

I have the same image on an ACPI/laptop that did not have this error.

We have the mass storage entry in sysprep.inf, and run:
sysprep -reseal -mini

Then-the above error shows up. Any ideas ??
