Regular shut-down at power failure
Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry
I have a PC controlling a process. In case of a power failure the PC shuts
down and requires disk check at start up.
I would like to have a UPS to support the pC in case of a power failue - and
then have time to shut down in a normal fashion.
How do I communicate to the PC (Windows XP) from a UPS that it should shut
down?
Please be specific on connections and possible script code etc to use.
