Help! XP Home Admin Tools

Hello & Good Evening:

I am currently in the midst of working on a friend's computer. She has
two teenagers whom also use the computer. Every other month she brings her
computer to me for some problem from the kids' downloading. What I want to
do is use the Admin Tools to limit their use, block certain websites and
types of programs/software they download, block the use of P2P programs,
just to name a few.

Can anyone tell me what to do or where to go on the Internet to get
information on accomplishing these tasks? Thank You for Any and All
Assistance and/or Suggestions. Also, she used a program called "ErrorGuard"
which found 722 system errors on her computer. Can you suggest a site or
possibly a "free" program I can use temporarily to scan her system and
possibly repair it? Again, Thanks for all your Assistance.

Dee
