Additional information -

The unattended install kicks off just fine....I am using a WinPE boot disk,
that runs diskpart and cleans the disk, then creates, and formats out the
partition, then calls "x:\unattend\i386\winnt32
/unattend:X:\unattend\winnt.sif /makelocalsource /syspart:c:"

The install kicks off...all the initial GUI mode stuff kicks off, copies
files, etc..reboots the the system to the text mode portion...this is where
we get the above failure.
