The you will be illegaly pirating our softwar for use ona second machine.

You paid for ONE copy/license of Windows XP which is valid for use on ONE
PC.
This is covered in your End User License Agreement that you agreed to when
you installed the product and you can view anytime on the link on the screen
from
Start .... Run ... winver

Please don't try and think of analogies of CDs or movies etc - it is not the
same

The box even has that clear statement about one PC per license.
