Hi Brian,
That's a good question. I don't know about any documented behavior of
sysprep with regards to .job files in the %SystemRoot%\Tasks directory.
However, a suggested workaround is to create a script containing
schtasks commands and place it in the [GuiRunOnce] section of the
sysprep.inf file. After starting the sysprepped machine, log on with an
administrator account and your desired jobs will get created. I have
used this method and it works well.
