Thank you for your feedback Jamelia, but the thing apparently has its own
views on the subjec:
Enter the password for computername\administrator:
Attempting to start ncpa.cpl as user "computername\administrator" ...
RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - ncpa.cpl
193: ncpa.cpl is not a valid Win32 application.
