Attempting to make a long story short.... awhile back tried to
reinstall/repair xp - instead it did a new install so the logon screen gives
me two operating systems to choose from (both xp home edition - one takes me
to my C drive the other to my D drive.) I have continued that way for awhile
but after the latest updates it has really seemed to mess it up and now my
second install is behaving like the first did. Under MSConfig it does appear
as if there is a partition 1 and 2, but under disk management the delete
option is grayed out.... Basically I want to completely start over with ONE
system but I was hoping not to go all the way back to my original XP and
perform the 2 yrs worth of updates.... Help?
