Log on and log off options

When I try to alter how users log on and off I get the following message.

"Client Services for NetWare has disabled the welcome screen and fast user
switching. T restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services for
NetWare."

I have searched and have no idea where of what Client Services for NetWare
is or where to find it. Can somebody please help???????
