Okay, it all started when the computer wouldn't turn on, it said that there
was a problem (Missing or corrupt) file - windows\system32\config\system.
So I located the disc, went into recovery and copied the file, deleted the
original, then copied system.bak from repair - as per instructions.
I then went to reboot and Windows started, but then an error popped up,
Isuss.exe, saying that "when trying to update a password, this return status
indicates that the value provided as the current password is not valid." The
system then shuts down, restarts and goes through the same motions over and
over.
So I went back into recovery but suddenly I can't get in because I don't
have an administrator passoword.
There are upgrades that fix all these but what do you do when you can't even
get into the system? I don't want to overwrite the hard drive just yet.

ANY help would be great.
