Stop error c000021a

Can anyone tell me what this means and what is causing it? I get this error
while XP Pro is loading a new install and when it's into the device
installation.

"Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows subsystem system preocess terminated unexpectedly with a status
of 0xC0000006 (0x77f632fc 0x004ff228) The system has been shut down."
