Issues with Sysprep 2.0 SP2, Sysprep.inf and Altiris

Currently in my environment, we are testing Altiris with Sysprep 2.0
b/c with XP SP2 Microsoft will no longer support XP imaged with third
party software unless Sysprep is used. Anyway...

I am having several problems beginning with Sysprep not reading the
answer file during mini-setup. Secondly, once I take a image and
deploy it in the test environment it changes the computer name
sometimes and other times it does not.

The goal is to have Sysprep running in conjunction with Altiris, so
that when a computer currently in the domain with specified computer
name will be re-imaged and keep the same computer name is it did with
using Altiris' SIDgen - which as I stated before will no longer be
supported under SP2.

I'm at my whits end - please help!!
