The installed updates are not in a reusable form.

As for support...you get what you pay for.
You chose to save money and buy the less expensive OEM.
No support is one of the many reasons you paid less for the OEM.
All support, if any, comes from the seller based on the agreement you
have with the seller, usually no support.
