troubles setting up xp

have an IBM orginally came with WIN ME. I have a WIN xp
CD. The CD rom is not the orginal and I dont have the
software for it. I went to bootdisk.com and downloaded
the six setup floppys. It all looks good until it asks
for the sixth disk then the computer restarts with non
system disk replace and hit any key. please help. thanks
