error message

Hey guys was just dusting off an old HP pc, and Im trying
to update my windows with service pack 1. but im getting
this error:

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file
update.inf. Make sure the cryptographic service is
running."

I have enabled all services that I could through
services.smc to try to resolve this issue, (Yes
cryptographic service is enabled. Anyone have any ideas on
this?
