Home OEM to Retail Upgrade Pro

Here at work I have a Toshiba Laptop. It came Pre-Installed with XP Home
OEM. The person who bought it also bought a copy of Upgrade Retail XP Pro,
as our network uses a domain. The problem I have is that I want to Upgrade
Home to Pro, as to keep all the Software Toshiba installs on it (and gives
you a stupid little 'restore' disk that cant install the software).

Every time I insert the CD and goto Upgrade, it fails to install on me. It
gets up to "27 Minutes Remaining / Completeing Installation" before refusing
to go any further. I can still move the mouse, and the bar down the bottom
right still moves, but apart from that nothing seams to be happening. If I
hold down poer and restart, it tries to install again, but gets to the same
point and stops.

I called Toshiba and they said it had to do with setup finding the OEM
license, but I find that hard to believe. I tried using Sysrep to make it
forget, but that didnt help. Can anyone give me a hand? Its annoying, as im
sure you should be able to do it.
