First run the XP upgrade advisor to make sure your existing system is
compatible with XP. You will get a list of incompatibilities and fixes. Do
as it says.

Second, you can upgrade Win2K to XP but I'm not sure if there is enough hard
drive space. 4.3Gb is small nowadays.
