Errors Occured during XP Repair Setup

Hello, I have Windows XP Pro when I wanted to reinstall Windows. Everything went smoothly when it copied files to install Windows, but when setup started the following errors occured.
1. Setup lagged at 39 min., but wasn't frozen.
2. Then, after about 20 minutes an error box came up. Then, it displayed the setuperr log file.
Does anyone know how to fix these errors during setup?
