I said "exactly once, when the new user first logs on, and then never
again."
I shall now paraphrase it for you:
- User X has never ever logged on at this PC.
- He now logs on for the very first time.
- His profile is built on the basis of the "Default User" profile.
- Later, he logs in again.
- His profile is already built, so no further reference is made to the
"Default User" profile.
