Where did adminstrator account go?

Hello. I installed XP and just wanted to use to test system. Then decided
to do more, and continued to use system. I was using default adminstrator
account.
Finally, decided to add a user. It wouldn't let me add a limited account.
Had to create an administrator account. Did this, then I could create a
limited account.
Now that the system rebooted, I can only see the two accounts I created on
my XP login screen.
When I go to the User accounts from the control panel I see the two accounts
Icreated, two that were there before (Guest and ASP.NET) BUT THE
ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT IS GONE!
How do I get it back???!!!!
THen...
How do I transfer the settings in there?

Finally, as an extra: Where are the Outlook Express settings? I can't find
a file to get my news group info from from a previous user or machine.
