Alex,

There is no real way to know what mass storage device a machine will use
other than installing a OS on it and looking in device manager or using
setupapi.log to identify the PNPID.

In order to account for different mass storage drivers on the source and
target you must populate the sysprep.inf with the correct driver. You can
do the shotgun approach and populate the inf with all inbox mass storage
drivers using the -bmsd switch. See deploy.chm in the deploy.cab for more
information on this.

If you have a 3rd party driver you need to install the deploy.chm has
instructions for how to do this also
