Setup error

Hi there,thanks for looking into my problem
The other day I was installing Windows XP(Can't Remember if it was home or prof. edition) in my Company but failed to do so.The error file generated by the setup read,somewhat as follows.Can you please tell me the problem and the possible solution for that.
