As long as you have an empty partition, you can easily
install Windows Server 2003 by selecting "New Installation"
during the initial setup phase. After rebooting, you'll be
given a choice as to which partition you wish to install it on.
It is the same installation procedure as Windows XP.

Windows XP Professional and Office Professional are running in a different partition as a PC platform for guest users.
