It will when you set the printing defaults on the Advanced tab of the
printer properties AND the user has not already changed any of the user
defaults.

Hi we are in a windows 2003 domain. All our client are using windows xp
sp2 and they are connected to a windows 2003 print server. On that
win2003 print server, we have a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev2 PS printer that
was installed by default on client with the option to print in color by
default. Now i want to change it in black and white by default on all
client. So i changed the option on the print server so the printer print
in black and white by default. My problem is that on the client, it still
use the color default option. It's not supposed to update the settings ?
Thanks for your help
Jac
