On my Add/Remove screen, there is a button on the left, the third one down,
that says "Add/Remove Windows Components". Are you logged in as an
administrator?

Now seems it's suddenly working fine again after being out for two days.

(1) I don't see Windows Components in Add/Remove Progrmas. (2) And if I do
uninstall, how do I then reinstall since it's not there anymore?
