Re: Faxing through mobile phone

'Control Panel|Phone and Modem Options|Modems|Properties|Modem tab', see if
you have a "Wait for dial tone" checkbox and uncheck it if you do.

I am trying to use my mobile phone as a modem with which to send a fax via
Microsoft Fax. I have configured the program and my phone connects to my
computer, but the program will not dial because it cannot detect a dial
tone.
How can I get around this? It doean't make sense to me that this would
not
work when I have perfectly funtioning components. Thanks.
