Print errors in event log.

This is only causing a user intermittent problems with Outlook.
Sometimes it doesn't allow him to print, Outlook will hang when
opening the application and display an error about not being able to
find a printer.
I have checked the event log and have found the following entries:-
"Printer Construction2 failed to initialize because a suitable HP
LaserJet 4200 PCL 6 driver could not be found."
"Printer COM4 failed to initialize because a suitable HP LaserJet 4350
PCL 6 driver could not be found."

Every day his event log shows about 10-15 of the errors shown above.
I logged on his machine deleted all the printers and deleted all
printer drivers. I then re-installed only the two printers he needed,
yet he is still receiving enties in the event log regarding printers
that as far as i know aren't even installed on his laptop.
Does anybody have any ideas?
