Do NOT "remove windows and reinstall from recovery disk."

Try this:

1. Start > Run, "cmd" (without quotes) and click OK
2. In the Command window that opens, type "net stop spooler" (without quotes) and press Enter
3. In Windows Explorer go to %systemroot%\system32\spool\printers\ and delete any files that are there
4. Back in the Command window, type "net start spooler" (without quotes) and press Enter.
5. Close the Command prompt window.

This should get rid of any corrupt print jobs that may be causing your problem
