Somehow you downloaded a French version of your printer driver. Uninstall it... disconnect the printer, go to the website of your printer manufacturer, download the correct driver, install it and only reconnect the printer when the software tells you to do so.

Hello, I am just wondering how to change my print properties from french to
english. When I click on file>print the box pops up everything is in english,
then POW!! when I click on properties to change the print settings,
everything is in french.
