Envelope printing jammed for specific users

I got a head scrathcher on this one.

I have a user that creates envelopes and labels on a regular basis.
The problem is, when they select the Tools=>Letters and
Mailings=>Envelopes and labels=>then print, using defaults. This
particular users envelope feeds half way into the manual feed and then
stops, but they wheels continue to spin.

I orginally thought it was a printer issue, but I signed into the
machine and could print envelopes just fine. I am trying to avoid
renaming her local user profile and starting over from scratch,
because this seems to be the problem. Any solutions.
