They connect directly to the Toshiba. I did some trouble shooting with
Toshiba and the only thing we found which allowed access was the User
permissions on the local computer. But like you said, if they connect to the
device they need privledges to print.
Okay, thanks anyway.

That's a question for Toshiba..
Are the clients connecting to a Windows machine or directly to the Toshiba
Device. If the clients connect to the device, they will need at least Power
User privilege with load and unload driver access

Thank You for your response Alan,
Where would i look for other drivers? device manager, update driver,
search
location myself?
These are Toshiba networked copiers. I go to their internal IP and
download
the software (drivers) from there, only the one driver to choose from.

Look for a different driver. Users can install printer drivers (actually
the spooler does the work) when the printer is a connection to a Windows
machine.
If the driver is signed, you can install the driver remotely to your
clients, then the user can make the connection.
use prndrvr.vbs in system32 to add the signed driver to the remote
machines.

Hi, i'm not sure if i'm in the right area but i did not see a
discussion
header quite fitting my printing error.
Anyways, I have a few users who recently (on newer computers) have had
trouble printing to networked copiers. They get the error message
'Could not load language library' I found this to be resolved by makng
the
user an Administrator on the local computer but I am looking for
another
way,
besides assigning 'Asministrator' or 'Power User' status to the user.
Any ideas?
Thnks,
Matt
