It would not let me re register the dll but I did change the encoding under
the outlook express page.

Cari, No luck with this link. couldn't understand what they were trying
to
tell me. I don't have my own web page pet up. Can't print from my
documents
either BUT can print from Hallmark or other software installed.

When printer (epson stylus rx620) is selected computer seems likes
its
searching but can't find the printer. Have tried everything I know.
Reinstalling printer, updates, etc. Finally called Epson and they
told

that is was a configuration error on Microsofts part. I sometimes
get a
generic host 32 error also which is tied into the printer problem
also.
Epson
told me I would have to re install windows.
Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution??? Its driving me
crazy!!!
