Not a security issue at all, you're seeing the contents of your Temporary
Internet Folder. Use Disk Cleanup to empty this folder and the problem
should go away (until your temp internet folder fills again).

Can any one tell me how images of web sites i visit get into the windowsthe
picture & fax viewer?
I noticed this condition when viewing an e-mail attachment w/pictures.
My concern is that it might be a security issue.
I know i can delete these images but can i prevent them from occuring it
first place?
